Strawberry Meringue is a pink and white flower arrangement in a round box, pink, white or silver: white and pink roses, ruffled pink carnations and white hydrangea.
The name comes from the colors, meringue white with strawberry pink. Congratulations and birthdays suit it, and in the pink box it already looks like a wrapped gift.
The pink and white roses alternate across the dome, so neither color takes over. White hydrangea stays low around the rim and hides the edge of the box in a soft collar, and the carnations add a frilled texture between the smooth rose petals. The carnations keep their ruffles, and the roses open a little wider each day.
For pink roses with double tulips, see a candy-pink mix with tulips. For a softer look, try blush spray roses over white roses.
All three sizes, Classic, Signature and Grand, follow the same pink and white recipe.
