This yellow tulips bouquet pairs bright yellow tulips with white chamomile and button chamomile, a petal-free kind whose small round heads look like yellow beads. It comes wrapped in paper with a ribbon.
Yellow and white feel sunny and friendly. That makes this bouquet an easy pick when a coworker turns a year older, or when a friend has had a hard week.
We let the chamomile stand a little higher than the tulips, so the small daisies float above the yellow cups like a meadow seen up close, and the button chamomile fills the gaps with dots of yellow. Crush a chamomile leaf between your fingers and you get a green, herbal smell. Over the next days the tulips open wider and the round shape loosens into something wilder. Tulips lean toward the nearest window, so give the vase a quarter turn each morning if you like them upright.
For softer colors, see white tulips with lavender stock.
Classic has 25 tulips and comes in a glass vase. Signature has 40 tulips, the size in the photos; a vase is not included with it, so set out a wide vase before it arrives.
