Marilyn is a dahlia and rose bouquet in pink and white: cream white pompon dahlias, soft pink roses and spray roses, pink lisianthus, white stock and slim spikes of white veronica, with eucalyptus. It comes wrapped in paper with a ribbon and arrives in a glass vase.
Bring it to a friend's birthday dinner or to a baby shower, where soft colors feel right. It also suits a sympathy visit, where a little soft pink can feel warmer than all white.
The round white dahlias sit like buttons between the ruffled pink roses and lisianthus, and the thin veronica spikes break up all those round shapes. White stock brings the scent. Look for a few deeper rose-pink blooms low in the bouquet: they give the pastels some depth. We carry dahlias all year, so the bouquet looks the same in every season.
For an all-white version, see white dahlias with white lisianthus; for dahlias in orange and berry tones, see the fall dahlia bouquet.
Marilyn is sold in Classic and Signature, both pink and white, and both come with the vase.
