This hot pink roses bouquet is all Pink Floyd, a rose variety with vivid, almost fuchsia petals, gathered into one high, round dome on stems about 24 to 28 inches (60 to 70 cm) long. It comes in four sizes, from 25 to 100 roses, and every size is wrapped in paper with a ribbon.
Hot pink is loud and happy. Send it to celebrate a new job or a birthday, or to a pal you want to give roses without the romance that red carries.
Pink Floyd has a large head with many petals, so each rose opens from a pointed bud into a broad, ruffled cup. We keep the top leaves on the stems, and their dark green sets off the pink just under the dome. A single variety in a single color gives the bouquet an even surface with no filler flowers. The photos show 50 roses.
Want something gentler? Pink roses mixed with white come in 50, 75 or 100 stems. For a color nobody expects, see deep blue roses.
Twenty-five roses make a neat round you hold in both hands, and that size comes with a glass vase. For 50, 75 and 100 a vase is not included, so set out a tall vase or a clean bucket of water before they arrive.
