Pink Tenderness is a pink peony bouquet with pink roses, bright or soft pink, white roses, cream spray roses, white stock, feathery pink astilbe and eucalyptus. It comes wrapped in paper with a ribbon and delivered in a glass vase.
It is a gift for an anniversary, or for Mother's Day to a mom who has always loved peonies.
Peony shades vary by variety, from soft pink to a bright coral pink that fades toward peach as the flower opens. The astilbe adds fine plumes between the round heads, the eucalyptus brings a little silver green, and the stock gives the bouquet most of its scent. A peony that looks half closed on arrival turns into a full, wide bloom once it has had water and warmth.
For the same peonies with more white and the upright spikes of veronica, see peonies and roses with more white. For a gift that stands on a table, look at pink peonies over hydrangea in a wicker basket.
Sizes are Classic and Signature, both with the vase, with peonies in every season.
